1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The following Terms of Service apply to your use of the Learn Coloring site and services. Please read these terms carefully. You are solely responsible for your conduct and your content on the site and compliance with these terms. By registering with us or using or browsing this site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and by our Privacy Policy.
Services are available only to individuals who are either at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old who are authorized to access the Site by a parent or legal guardian. If you have authorized a minor to use the Site, you are responsible for the online conduct of such minor, and the consequences of any misuse of the Site by the minor. Parents and legal guardians are warned that the Site does display photographs and images that may be offensive to some.
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms at any time. You must review these Terms at https://learncoloring.com/terms-conditions/ on a regular basis to keep Yourself informed of any changes.
2. REFUNDS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
We have a 30-day 100% satisfaction guarantee on the products we sell, so if you are unsatisfied with the quality of our products, send an email to [email protected] and ask for a refund.
All refunds will be returned to the original credit card, and PayPal orders will be credited back to the PayPal account.
You have THIRTY (30) Days from the date of the original purchase to request your refund. Any request received after the THIRTY (30) DAY time limit will not be processed.
Learn Coloring “Spread the Cost” Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated price and will continue month-to-month for a total of 6 payments unless and until you cancel your subscription or we terminate it.
You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment to use the Learn Coloring service. We will bill the monthly subscription fee to the payment method used when signing up unless updated or changed by subscriber.
3. YOUR ACCOUNT
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when you register with, and as you use, the Learn Coloring Services, and you agree to update your account information to keep it accurate and complete. You agree that Learn Coloring may store and use the information you provide for use in maintaining and billing fees to your Account.
3.1 Access to Digital Purchases
Subsequent to acquiring digital products from Learn Coloring, you may download the acquired digital products (when available) onto any Associated Device. If your subscription is canceled or terminated, you may not be able to subsequently access or download certain previously-acquired digital products. Once you download an item, it is your responsibility not to lose, destroy, or damage it, and you may want to back it up.
Learn Coloring reserves the right to change content options or remove access without notice to any previously purchased classes or content that is no longer valid or deemed out of date.
4. EARNINGS AND INCOME DISCLAIMER:
Learn Coloring can not and does not make any promises or guarantees about your ability to get results or earn any money with our ideas, information, tools, or strategies. All content provided on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only.
5. USE OF TESTIMONIALS/REVIEWS
In accordance to with the FTC guidelines concerning the use of endorsements and testimonials in advertising, please be aware of the following:

6. FACEBOOK GROUPS
The Learn Coloring Facebook group is for students of the Learn Coloring Course, and artists of all skill and experience levels that are students of the Learn Coloring Course are welcome here.
We want people to feel comfortable and safe when using our group. For that reason, we’ve developed a set of policies, outlined below. These policies will help you understand what type of sharing is allowed in our Facebook groups, and what type of content may be removed. Please keep in mind that something that may be disagreeable or disturbing to you may not violate our policies.
Be Respectful –
Everyone is here to learn and grow. Comments that are inappropriately negative, rude, or attacking will be deleted or removed.
Respect Confidentiality –
Content gathered in our Facebook group cannot be collected or shared outside the group. Every member of our group has a right to privacy and the right to feel safe that their questions, answers, and experiences remain privy to group members only.
Stay On Topic –
We reserve the right to remove posts based on off-topic content or offensive content.
Breaking The Rules –
Three warnings for rule-breaking behavior will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7 day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. If you break the rules again during your probation, you will be permanently banned from the group.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree that Learn Coloring, including but not limited to Learn Coloring Products and services, graphics, audio clips, video clips, editorial content, and templates, contains proprietary information and material that is owned by Learn Coloring, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in any way whatsoever except for use of the Learn Coloring Services in compliance with this Agreement. No portion of the Learn Coloring Services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, without expressed written permission from Learn Coloring. You agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Learn Coloring Services in any manner, and you shall not exploit the Learn Coloring brand in any unauthorized way.
Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, Learn Coloring reserves the right to change, suspend, remove, or disable access to any Learn Coloring products, content, or other materials comprising a part of the Learn Coloring brand at any time without notice. In no event will Learn Coloring be liable for making these changes. Learn Coloring may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of Learn Coloring services, in any case and without notice or liability.
All copyrights in and to Learn Coloring are owned by Learn Coloring, who reserves all their rights in law and equity. THE USE OF ANY PART OF LEARN COLORING, EXCEPT FOR USE OF LEARN COLORING AS PERMITTED IN THIS AGREEMENT, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND INFRINGES ON THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS OF OTHERS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL AND CRIMINAL PENALTIES, INCLUDING POSSIBLE MONETARY DAMAGES, FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
Learn Coloring, the Learn Coloring logo, other Learn Coloring trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Learn Coloring are trademarks or registered trademarks of Learn Coloring in the U.S. and/or other countries. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos used in connection with Learn Coloring Services may be the trademarks of their respective owners. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks and any use of such trademarks.
